Terms of Service

GalFi Ambassador Terminal is a dashboard for ambassador onboarding, social account connection, content submission, review, and reward tracking. The official website for this service is https://terminal.galfi.io.

You must be able to form a binding agreement and must be at least 13 years old, or older if your local law requires it. You are responsible for the accounts, wallets, social profiles, and credentials you use with the service.

We use third-party providers, including TikTok, Google, YouTube, X, Discord, Clerk, Supabase, and Zealy, to support sign-in, account linking, platform verification, and campaign participation. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies.

When you connect TikTok, Google, YouTube, X, Discord, or another supported platform, you authorize us and our authentication providers to process the information needed to link your account, verify identity, review eligible submissions, and operate the ambassador program. You may disconnect accounts where the product supports it, and you may contact us at official@galfi.io for help.

You may submit public content URLs, posts, videos, or related materials for review. You represent that your submissions are lawful, accurate, do not infringe anyone else's rights, and comply with each platform's rules.

Rewards, XP, status, review outcomes, and campaign eligibility are not guaranteed. We may reject, adjust, delay, or remove rewards for spam, fraud, duplicated content, misleading activity, technical errors, or policy violations.

• Do not abuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not submit illegal, deceptive, hateful, infringing, or unsafe content.
• Do not impersonate others or connect accounts you do not control.
• Do not manipulate platform metrics, campaign results, rewards, or reviews.

The GalFi name, product, interface, artwork, text, software, and related materials are owned by GalFi or its licensors. You keep ownership of content you create, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, copy, review, and reference submitted content for operating, promoting, and administering the ambassador program.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk, violates these Terms, violates a provider's platform rules, or harms the service, GalFi, other users, or third parties.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GalFi disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, platform outages, provider errors, or unavailable rewards.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
